We introduce you an incredibly tasty way to sneak in all your fruits and veggies into a single meal! Even if your morning routine is more like a hectic morning rush, this smoothie recipe can help you jumpstart your day. The fresh ingredients blend into a vitamin-rich, lightly sweet and totally satisfying creamy purée, perfect paired with a workout!
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 80gr soft fruits (strawberries, blueberries, mango etc.)
- A handful of mint, spinach or basil (optional)
- 150ml Me n’ Mil of your choice
- 1 tbsp porridge oats
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 1/2 cups ice
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients into a blender and whizz in short bursts for 1’ until smooth.
- If your smoothie is too tart, add another 1/2 cup of Me n’ Mil and another tablespoon of honey.
- Pour the banana oat smoothie into two glasses and enjoy right away!
